Job Opportunity: Electrical Engineer

Manpower, a private company based in Casale, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join as a technician for electrical and energy systems.

The selected candidate will be part of the electrical/energy technical office and will be responsible for maintenance of systems, coordinating operational staff, preparing tender specifications, assisting the execution director with external suppliers (installers), managing monthly accounting, and company reporting.

The employment will be under the Gas-Acqua Utilitalia CCNL framework. The level of employment and salary will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills.

Selected candidates will be invited for an initial interview. Successful candidates will then undergo an oral and/or written practical test. The pool of suitable candidates after testing will be interviewed by management. The examination committee will evaluate requirements and test results.

Working hours: Day shift, Monday to Friday.

Work location: Casale Monferrato.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (Level 1) in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or equivalent;
2. Knowledge of regulations and technologies related to renewable energy, energy efficiency, and automation;
3. Registration with the Engineers' Register;
4. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office;
5. Good knowledge of design software (AutoCAD or similar);
6. Preferred: a five-year degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering or equivalent;
7. Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in the energy sector or managing electrical systems.
