Location:

Salary:

Up to 45K EUR, commensurate with experience | Opportunities for growth

Job Description:

Do you have at least 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce and enjoy transforming complex requirements into smart digital solutions? If yes, you're in the right place.

We are seeking a Salesforce Analyst to join a rapidly growing environment where you will work on challenging digital transformation projects for enterprise clients. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with stakeholders and developers to analyze requirements and define innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze functional requirements and gather client needs
2. Define project roadmaps and coordinate activities
3. Design scalable solutions on Salesforce (Sales, Service, CPQ, etc.)
4. Collaborate with the technical team for proper implementation

Requirements:

1. Experience in consulting firms or system integration
2. Deep knowledge of CRM processes (Sales and Customer Service)
3. Autonomy in analyzing and proposing Salesforce solutions
4. Project and team management skills in Agile / Scrum environments
5. Excellent command of English (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Vlocity, or Marketing Cloud
2. Knowledge of Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics)
3. Salesforce certifications (Admin, Sales / Service Consultant, CPQ, Tableau)
