We are actively looking for an enthusiastic BI Dev Lead to join our rapidly growing Corporate Performance & ESG division.

You will be responsible for leveraging our Business Intelligence and Analytics platforms and tools to acquire, extract, analyze, and visualize data to support the division. You will also support data-driven decision-making and provide strategic insights through reporting and analysis of key performance metrics across different areas of our business. The role requires a blend of technical and business experience, with strong expertise in PowerBI and Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and develop strategic plans for leveraging business intelligence and analytics to drive growth and operational efficiency.
2. Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to extract, analyze, and visualize data from multiple sources, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Own the end-to-end delivery of data warehouse implementation, from data aggregation and ETL to visualization. Streamline and optimize data workflows for efficiency.
3. PowerBI Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on PowerBI, leading the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data models to facilitate effective data interpretation.
4. Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity. Manage development backlogs, estimate feature development times, and verify output against requirements.
5. Performance Monitoring and KPI Tracking: Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor business performance, identify trends, and highlight improvement areas. Establish regular reporting processes.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across departments to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights to support decision-making.
7. Team Leadership: Lead high-priority projects, drive program delivery, and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performing environment.
8. Continuous Improvement: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in data science, business analytics, computer science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and sales analytics.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.com, Python, and SQL.
• Experience developing models for forecasting, regression, and dashboard/report building.
• Proven success in implementing BI strategies and driving insights-driven decisions in SaaS environments.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Snowflake is a plus.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
