Descrizione del lavoro

Pramac , part of the Generac group, is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to lead the business development of gas generators for commercial and industrial applications . This HQ-based role will support all subsidiaries worldwide, driving sales growth and market presence for Generac products through strategic initiatives and collaboration with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the gas generator segment in the commercial and industrial sector.
  • Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships with distributors, EPC firms, engineering consultancies, and end customers.
  • Support the sales network by providing technical and commercial training on Generac gas products.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify customer needs and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to enhance the positioning of Generac products and develop tailored solutions for customers.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote products and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Monitor and achieve sales targets, providing periodic performance reports.

Requirements :

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development and sales of energy solutions, preferably in the gas generator or power generation sector.
  • Strong understanding of the energy market dynamics and industrial applications.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Availability to travel frequently on a national and international level.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills will be considered a plus.
  • International experience is highly preferred.
