The role involves analysis, validation protocols, and collaboration with management to achieve departmental objectives. Ideal candidates will have a Master's degree in Biology or equivalent and experience in pharmaceutical settings.

Summary

The Microbiological QC Technician is responsible for executing and documenting biologic and microbiological testing in accordance with GMP standards and SOPs efficiently, competently, and within scheduled timelines. Ensures compliance with relevant ecological and safety regulations.

About The Role

Major Accountabilities

• Perform analysis on excipients, drug substances, drug products, water, and primary packaging according to internal SOPs.
• Execute stability study protocols, process validation protocols, method validation protocols, and studies related to drug products involved in technology transfer within the field of expertise.
• Perform sterility tests on products from AAA sites.
• Perform instrument performance qualification tests as required.
• Register analyses accurately and in compliance with ALCOA+ principles and relevant SOPs.
• Collaborate with management to achieve departmental objectives.
• Know and apply relevant SOPs within the field of expertise.
• Maintain good conditions of laboratories, instruments, and work environment.
• Assist in keeping quality control SOPs updated.

Obligatory Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree in Biology or equivalent, or technical high school education in biology.
• Languages: Basic knowledge of English, both verbal and written.
• Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical companies is desirable.
