Position: Business Coach

The Business Coach will ensure effective program delivery and report on program status updates according to project requirements. They will provide our client with strategic support, coaching, and training action plan implementation to foster customer engagement and add value.

Responsibilities include full commitment to the role, interacting with the dealer network, managing staff, delivering presentations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Utilize agreed methodologies and practitioner guidelines to deliver high-quality coaching.
  2. Analyze retailer customer satisfaction, business performance, processes, and personnel to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and agree on an action plan with retailer leadership to address areas of improvement.
  4. Motivate and facilitate the implementation of the action plan, fostering a continuous improvement mindset within the retailer team to enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Follow up on the implementation of actions and measure results in terms of customer satisfaction.
  6. Coach retailer personnel on improving customer handling processes and attitudes.
  7. Develop leadership, team spirit, and problem-solving skills among retailer personnel.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in the automotive sector at dealership management level.
  • Deep knowledge of dealer sales and after-sales processes, including purchasing, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction improvement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Comfortable with rapid change while maintaining current activities.
  • Ability to perform formal analysis and interpret findings in writing.
  • Structured, logical, and flexible approach; capable of handling multiple tasks and planning ahead.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex information and requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Deep knowledge of TCM/PCP is required.
  • Certification as a coach by a recognized industry body is a plus.
Working Pattern:

This is a field-based role requiring travel throughout Italy.
