As a Sales Manager, you will be the primary contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans region. Your focus will be on business development, cross-selling, and enhancing customer satisfaction, aligning with our philosophy that our customers’ success is our own.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business in the non-direct sales channel within Italy & Balkans for our full product range
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to boost satisfaction and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with the QH Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
  • Work with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Product Applications, and Technical Services to meet business goals
  • Align with regional directors on strategy, goals, and opportunities
  • Forecast and monitor sales revenue
  • Implement value-added sales practices and process improvements
  • Monitor industry trends, market players, and regulations
  • This is a field-based role requiring travel within the territory
Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in distribution channel sales within industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals, preferably lubricants, greases, coolants, forging, or diecasting products
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • No team management experience required
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Based remotely in northern Italy for better work-life balance
  • Safety-conscious, results-oriented, strategic thinker, problem solver, customer-focused
