Mission
Your main goal will be to drive technical pre-sales processes and ensure successful proof of concepts (POCs) to convert leads into satisfied customers.
Responsibilities
- Leading Technical Sales Engagements
- Conduct technical calls and demos with potential enterprise customers to showcase n8n’s capabilities.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions, demonstrating how n8n can address their challenges.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align technical solutions with sales strategies.
- Creating and Managing POCs
- Monitor and guide clients through their POC journey, providing support and insights to maximize their trial experience.
- Collect and analyze feedback from POCs to refine the process and improve client onboarding.
- Building Client Relationships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT Ops and SecOps teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients envision future use cases and expansion opportunities with n8n.
- Provide technical expertise and best practices to ensure long-term client success.
- Internal Collaboration and Process Improvement
- Work with the sales team to streamline and enhance pre-sales processes.
- Communicate client feedback and technical requirements to product and engineering teams to drive product improvements.
- Contribute to the creation of sales and marketing materials to support technical sales efforts.
Requirements
Must-have
- Over 6 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Strong commercial acumen to understand sales processes and address client needs with technical solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, especially within IT Ops and SecOps.
- Solid understanding of API integrations, oAuth, and experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and JavaScript.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments.
- Willingness to travel and participate in onboarding in NYC when required.
Nice-to-have
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field.
- Active engagement in tech communities and open-source projects.
- Familiarity with n8n’s platform or similar workflow automation tools.
- Data-driven mindset with skills in collecting and analyzing data for decision-making and process improvements.
