Job Title

Automotive Mechanic/Technician

Pay

$26 - $40+ per hour, based on experience and certifications. Additional incentives may apply.

Role Overview

As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain guest vehicles. You will undergo comprehensive training from day one, preparing for advanced roles. Your work will ensure safe, reliable transportation for our guests and contribute to delivering a 5-star guest experience.

Responsibilities
  • Perform brakes, suspension, tire installation, scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and other repairs within your qualifications.
  • Obtain guest approval for work based on diagnosis; maintain a clean work environment.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and perform necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Test drive vehicles and safely use shop equipment for inventory pickup.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide leadership to General Service Technicians.
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of automotive technician experience.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • Own basic automotive tools or participate in the tool purchase program.
  • Ability to work overhead, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Guest and team-focused mindset.
  • Maintain an Automotive Technician State Inspector’s license if applicable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ASE certification in at least one of A1-A8.
  • Automotive Technician State Inspector License.
  • Automotive technical school certificate or degree.
