Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention across all stages (beginning, 10 hrs, 20 hrs, 50 hrs, extensions).
2. Analyze show performance and perform root cause analysis if there is a drop in listenership.
3. Manage the production schedule for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions, coordinating with sound engineers, and post-production.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
5. Collaborate with content and creation teams to understand the content pipeline and plan resources accordingly.
6. Contribute innovative ideas for sound design, production processes, and final output to keep content exciting.
7. Provide ongoing feedback to help host talent reach their potential.
8. Coordinate with Category Managers and Program Managers to manage P&L for the category, working with talent and their representatives.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Fluent in Italian (native) and English.
• Audio work background is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for hit shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interacting with talent and talent reps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working under pressure with diverse backgrounds.

Location: Anywhere in Italy (Remote)
