Job Description:

For one of our clients, we are looking for an ambitious Finance Manager working remotely with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

The Finance Manager reports directly to the CFO and is expected to:

• Handle budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, financial metrics tracking, revenue recognition, and reconciliation.
• Provide insights to support business decisions and help achieve business goals.
• Oversee administrative activities and manage general accounting with a junior resource reporting to you, including P2P/Accounts Payable, Billing, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, payroll, statutory and tax filings, and cash management.
• Liaise with statutory auditors for internal and external reporting.
• Collaborate on future fundraising, developing business cases and plans with founders.
• Research competitors' financial data, develop strategies, and assist in applying for funding calls.
• Structure internal workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Resolve financial and administrative issues by working with leadership and external contacts.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has:

• Over 3 years of experience as a finance specialist, manager, or auditor with deep accounting knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in economics or management engineering.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Business understanding to advise senior management.
• Experience with tools like Agicap, Power BI, Dynamics AFC, SAP AFC, or similar.
• Ability to extract insights and present data effectively.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.
• Autonomy, organization, precision, and attention to detail.

Highly appreciated:

• Experience in startups with capital raising.
• Experience in Big4 or digital consultancy.
