Adecco Genova - Store Manager

We are looking for a Store Manager for a new retail store opening in Genoa.

Responsibilities:

1. Back office activities: monitor KPIs, UPT, CR, average receipt, and forecast.
2. Team management: planning shifts, holiday and sick leave substitutions.
3. Supervising team dynamics, training, and resource development.
4. Visual management.
5. Sales and customer management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Store Manager in retail.
• Knowledge of KPIs: UPT, average receipt, CR.
• Experience managing teams of at least 4-5 members.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills suitable for customer-facing roles, resource management, and problem-solving.

Additional Information:

Working hours: shifts from Monday to Sunday, 6 days a week.

Training: 2-3 weeks at a major store in Milan or Rome before starting.

Contract: Fixed-term.

Expected start date: 01/07/2025.
