Role: Spirits Promoter

If you have a passion for spirits and a flair for sales, this role is for you. You will stay within the spirits sector but step outside the traditional bar setting.

You will have the chance to travel within your designated territory, face new challenges, and achieve new goals.

You will work with a leading global client in the beverage sector, engaging with Horeca outlets, with flexible scheduling to suit your commitments. At CPM Italy, we believe that your results are linked to your quality of life.

What You'll Do

Your role involves visiting Horeca venues in your area, introducing the company you represent to Bar Managers, and ensuring a minimum product assortment.

• Check product assortment and display;
• Increase product presence in menus and on shelves;
• Introduce new products;
• Seek new opportunities in your territory.

You will be supported on the field by a Supervisor who will help plan each activity and guide you.

Are You the Right Person?

No specific experience is required for this role. What matters is a good mix of interpersonal and sales skills.

It’s a plus if you:

• Are curious and eager to learn;
• Have a passion for spirits;
• Possess a valid B driving license and can drive confidently;
• Enjoy traveling for work.

All necessary equipment, including a company car, fuel card, meal tickets, tablet, and phone, will be provided.
