The Gran Sasso Science Institute (GSSI) in L’Aquila (Italy) is seeking highly qualified and motivated candidates for 6 Ph.D. positions in the doctoral program "Mathematics in Natural, Social and Life Sciences". The official call for applications is published here.

GSSI is a renowned research institute and school of advanced studies located in L’Aquila, Italy, hosting the University of L’Aquila and the INFN Gran Sasso National Laboratory. The town is known for its cultural heritage and academic environment.
The faculty is organized into four scientific areas: Mathematics, Astroparticle Physics, Computer Science, and Regional Sciences and Economic Geography.
