Job Opportunity: Area Manager - Nord Est Italia

Gruppo NAM Spa - Agenzia per il Lavoro, is looking for an Area Manager for the Northern East Italy region to represent a prominent company operating in the digital multiservices sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating commercial and operational activities in the northeast area, ensuring process efficiency, resource optimization, and achievement of company goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and monitor the commercial performance of agents in the assigned area.
  2. Coordinate the team, providing support and ongoing training.
  3. Analyze sales results and develop strategies for performance improvement.
  4. Ensure compliance with company standards regarding quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
  5. Prepare periodic reports on the area's performance and propose corrective actions if necessary.
  6. Interface with company executives to achieve strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in roles of responsibility in sales or operations.
  2. Excellent knowledge of resource management and regional dynamics.
  3. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Availability for frequent travel.
  6. Degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

  1. Permanent contract with a salary based on experience (fixed plus variable components).
