Une entreprise innovante recherche un Analista Tecnico freelance pour un projet à distance de 12 mois. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 5 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, une expertise en Java, et une bonne compréhension des méthodologies Agile. Ce rôle implique la collaboration avec des équipes pour définir des solutions techniques et soutenir le développement d'applications. Un tarif journalier compétitif est proposé, avec un contrat en anglais et exonération de TVA.

Competenze

• 5+ ans d'expérience en développement logiciel, de préférence en méthodologie Agile.
• Expérience en conception de solutions backend et développement d'applications avec Java.
• Connaissance des architectures microservices et des services d'application REST & SOAP.

Highlights:

Key Responsibilities

• Interpretation of business rules and functional and non-functional requirements to define technical specifications based on an architectural design provided in terms of interaction among systems, data exchange, transformations following a specific design methodology.
• Participates and cooperates in shaping activities, participates in feasibility analyses for new or upgraded initiatives (Epic and User Story), assessing impacts for IT, and supporting developers during the development phase.
• Performs detailed, functional, and technical analysis/design.
• Provides test support and problem determination.
• Collaborates in defining new suppliers and contractual requirements.
• Breaks down requirements and technical solutions into appropriate sections (User Story), examining costs, benefits, and risks of various options before selecting an approach; explains and justifies decisions systematically.

Key Capabilities/Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software development projects, preferably in Agile methodology.
• Experience in designing backend solutions and developing applications with Java on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring Boot.
• Excellent knowledge of existing IT architecture (for the relevant domain) and technical flows.

Minimum Qualifications

• Problem-solving skills to find creative ways of driving progress and removing impediments.
• Analytic skills for creating end-to-end solutions.
• A team player mindset, with a 'make it happen' mentality, eager to learn, and able to coach others.
• Good communication skills in English, with strong presentation skills (telling – selling) across different skill and seniority levels.
• Main areas of knowledge:
• Microservices architecture and domain design model.
• Advanced experience in developing REST & SOAP application services.
• Knowledge of the technology landscape at the application level relevant to the domain.
• DBMS and SQL (e.g., Oracle, PL/SQL).
• UML standards.
• Understanding of Agile paradigm and Scrum methodology.
• Experience in retail banking business.

12 months - FULL REMOTE - FREELANCE ONLY - NO employment contract - Daily rate between 250 and 280 euros - English contract - VAT exempt.
