WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Core activities.You will lead the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions, guiding projects from concept to deployment. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, ensuring AI-driven applications align with business objectives while promoting best practices in AI development.
• Technologies. You will work with state-of-the-art AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern architectures such as microservices and headless frameworks.
• Team work. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI strategies and identify use cases. You will mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and innovation while driving AI adoption in real-world applications.

The same position is available in Turin.

• Academic background. A degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. Equivalent practical experience in AI and software development is also highly valued.
• Valuable expertise. Proven experience leading technical teams and managing AI/ML projects. Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and Generative AI frameworks. Strong skills in MLOps, AI model deployment, and modern software development practices.
• Nice to have. Experience with low-code platforms such as OutSystems or Mendix. Familiarity with serverless architectures and AI-driven automation. A deep understanding of emerging AI trends and their impact on software development.
• Soft skills. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong adaptability to new technologies and willingness to embrace change. Ability to drive innovation and foster collaboration within a team.
