Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to lead our audio production team and oversee the creation of engaging shows. Responsibilities include:

1. Leading and supporting a team of producers and audio leads to produce high-quality shows that maintain listener engagement and retention across all stages.
2. Analyzing show performance and conducting root cause analysis to address drops in listenership.
3. Managing production schedules for new shows, including overseeing recording sessions and coordinating with sound engineers and post-production teams.
4. Leading all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
5. Collaborating with the content team to understand content pipelines and resource planning.
6. Contributing innovative ideas related to sound design, production processes, and final output to keep content fresh and exciting.
7. Providing ongoing feedback to talent to help them reach their full potential.
8. Working with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L and coordinate with talent and their representatives.

Qualifications include:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Native Italian and fluent English language skills.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passion for audio production with innovative ideas for hit shows.
• Strategic thinking, creativity, and project management skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interacting with talent and their representatives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and comfortably interact with diverse backgrounds.

Location: Remote, anywhere in Italy.

Language proficiency: English and Italian.
