Location: hybrid job possibility

Contract: Permanent

We export our products worldwide, offering advanced technological solutions for industrial and commercial applications.

What we’re looking for:

A motivated, dynamic Sales Area Manager with a strong technical and commercial aptitude, to manage and develop the assigned foreign markets, in line with the company's strategic international growth objectives.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing the customer portfolio in the assigned foreign markets
  • Searching for new business opportunities through scouting and networking activities
  • Supporting customers in the pre- and post-sales phase in collaboration with the sales and technical team
  • Monitoring competitors and market trends, proposing positioning strategies
  • Participating in national and international trade fairs and events in the sector
  • Drawing up periodic reports on commercial activities and results achieved

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering, Economics or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in the HVACR, mechanical or plant engineering sector
  • Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second language is a plus
  • Availability for frequent international travel
  • Strong interpersonal skills, results orientation and operational autonomy
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with complex products with engineering content
