Requirements
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
- At least 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or involvement in 5 end-to-end implementation projects
- Exposure to presales activities is a plus
- Experience in conducting functional interviews
- Some technical knowledge is beneficial
- RSAT knowledge is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and strong analytical skills
- Experience working with Shared Services or nearshore teams is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages such as French, Spanish, or German are preferred
- Experience with D365FO interfaces and integrations
- Good understanding of industry processes, principles, and system functionalities
- Experience with LCS and Azure DevOps is beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) is a plus
- Strong consulting skills and good presentation abilities
Responsibilities
The D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant will:
- Specialize in areas such as Finance, Project Operations, Warehouse, or Field Service within D365FO
- Deliver end-to-end D365 FO implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post-go-live support, and reporting
- Collaborate with onsite and client teams to gather requirements, set expectations, and finalize deliverables
- Ensure quality in project delivery and system testing
- Demonstrate strong consulting skills including analysis, communication, and teamwork
- Manage D365FO interfaces and integrations
- Gather and document functional requirements, perform gap/fit analysis
- Manage scope and change control effectively
- Lead work streams, make design decisions, and create solution documentation
- Provide end-user training and onsite support during delivery and go-live phases
- Assist with responding to RFPs and RFQs as needed
- Contribute to practice development activities
- Complete internal processes and mandatory training on time
- Represent the company professionally and positively
- Stay informed about product roadmaps and future releases of D365FO
- Support upselling and showcase company capabilities
- Follow information security policies at all times
