Our Talent Science team aims to ensure objective, scientifically rigorous, and efficient processes to select the best new colleagues regardless of location, culture, or background. We work closely with key stakeholders to ensure decisions are made properly and that our hiring model supports the selection of world-class talent. We lead an effective hiring ecosystem to deliver talent acquisition excellence, leveraging data for evidence-based decisions, and integrating behavioural science into our selection process, working closely with our Hiring Leadership team.

We are seeking exceptional individuals at the entry level. You should possess a psychology-based degree with an outstanding academic record from high school, along with relevant experience from university coursework, internships, or a first job in a talent team. In this role, you will learn to implement hiring strategies that lead to high-performance outcomes and contribute to our talent agenda.

The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, curiosity for data integration to draw insights using SQL or Python, and the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivation, good communication skills for working with senior stakeholders, and a passion for understanding human decisions and behaviours are essential. An interest in technology platforms and automation to improve processes is also desired.

Location: This role is remote within the EMEA region.

The role entails:

  • Understanding psychometrics in the workplace.
  • Working on process and documentation efficiencies.
  • Contributing to projects involving advanced analytics for insights.
  • Building stakeholder relationships to design and implement solutions.
  • Gaining understanding of our systems and platforms for problem-solving.
  • Supporting ticket and channel questions to understand our processes.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Outstanding academic record from high school and university, with a degree in psychology or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills using SQL, Python, and/or R.
  • Relevant experience through coursework, internships, or employment.
  • Passion for technology, with evidence of interest.
  • Results-oriented with good project management skills.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Driven, ambitious, and curious about talent breakthroughs.
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks.
