Job Opportunity: Ufficio Commerciale Italia

Location: Treviso, Italy

Eurointerim Spa, a branch of Prata di Pordenone, is seeking to hire for a company operating in the woodworking sector a candidate for the role of Ufficio Commerciale Italia.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Entering and managing orders in the system, maintaining commercial relations with clients in English and French;
  2. Supporting in resolving pre- and post-sales issues within agreed deadlines;
  3. Preparing administrative documents related to sales orders;
  4. Drafting commercial offers and contracts;
  5. Organizing and planning shipments.

Requirements:

  • Preferably minimal experience in an office environment, preferably in a commercial back office role;
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and general IT tools;

Additional qualities that will complete the profile include: strong communication skills, interpersonal abilities, enthusiasm for foreign languages, team spirit, and good organizational and planning skills.

Working hours: Full Time
