Job Opportunity: Human Resources Employee

During Spa, authorized by the Ministry of Labour according to D.lgs. 276/03, with branches nationwide, is seeking to hire a Human Resources Employee for our Alba (CN) branch.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Supervising the recruitment and selection process of new personnel,
2. Maintaining relationships with trade unions,
3. Developing strategies for onboarding new staff,
4. Managing budgets,
5. Preparing reports and forecasts,
6. Overseeing administrative practices related to personnel management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in economics or law,
• Previous experience in a similar role,
• Excellent command of English,
• Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and flexibility,
• Willingness to undertake short-term travel within Italy and abroad.
