The role: Are you looking for a challenge that will contribute to the realization of smart factories in the manufacturing sector? As a Global Product Manager, your mission will be to manage the complete lifecycle and customer experience of the Quality Integrated Ecosystem (QIE), with a focus on its software architecture. The QIE integrates production and quality processes to minimize errors, accelerate root cause analysis, and reduce overall quality maintenance costs. This position is vital for the success of Quality Assurance & Manual Tightening, enabling sustainable profitability and strengthening customer partnerships. Success will be measured by revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

You will be part of the Product Company BLM/Milan product marketing team, reporting directly to the Global Marketing Manager. Your main responsibilities include:

1. Driving, managing, and coordinating the QIE software product portfolio for sustainable growth.
2. Identifying market needs and trends, developing business plans with Customer Centers.
3. Creating marketing materials, application references, and competitive analyses, emphasizing digital channels.
4. Building a network of promoters to support QIE development.
5. Developing and delivering training, seminars, and workshops.
6. Planning and executing product launches.
7. Collaborating across departments, including R&D, Tech, and Quality teams, and with global Customer Centers.

This role involves extensive travel.

Experience requirements:

• Over 3 years in product marketing, development, or business development.
• Experience in value proposition development and product launches.
• Skills in digital marketing and campaign management.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; software knowledge in cybersecurity, network protocols (e.g., OPC-UA), virtual environments, SaaS, and license management is advantageous.
• Knowledge of the tightening assembly market, Quality Assurance, or Manual Tightening in automotive is a plus.
