Job Opportunity: Back Office Commerciale Estero

Location: Casaloldo, Italy

MAW - Divisione Search & Selection, Polo di Cremona, is seeking to fill the position of Back Office Commerciale Estero for a client company. The selected candidate will report directly to the sales manager and will be responsible for:

1. Contacting clients across Europe;
2. Managing commercial and administrative relationships with clients;
3. Preparing and drafting offers;
4. Creating periodic newsletters;
5. Participating in the development of commercial actions;
6. Updating the product catalog.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Languages or related fields;
2. Fluent in English and a second foreign language (French, Spanish, or German);
3. Excellent knowledge of main IT tools;
4. Previous experience, even brief, in a similar role;
5. Focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills;
6. Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude;
7. Good organizational skills, flexibility, manual dexterity, problem-solving, and ability to meet deadlines.

Working hours: Full-time. The company, a well-known and established entity in the area, offers a permanent position with compensation based on experience. Location: Near Casaloldo (MN).
