What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in the restaurant sector or similar fields
  • Experience in leading and coordinating work teams

What would your responsibilities be?

  • Managing the store's income statement
  • Preparing and supervising work shifts
  • Monitoring KPIs and store data
  • Planning, organizing, and controlling daily operations
  • Coordinating and supervising staff
  • Managing and organizing training for new staff
  • Managing stock, placing orders, and inventory
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards
  • Assisting and reporting on audits (internal and external)
  • Controlling and coordinating elements related to ORP and maintenance
