Job Description

Position Overview: Our Front Office Agents will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them politely and professionally, and managing all front office operations to deliver outstanding guest services.

Main Activities:

  • Managing all front office operations such as guest registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory, and availability, and coordinating with Maintenance and Housekeeping according to SOPs.
  • Meeting and greeting VIPs and guests, responding promptly to inquiries, requests, and issues in a friendly and efficient manner, and resolving guest concerns.
  • Handling inbound and outbound emails and administrative tasks.
  • Reporting any potential or lodged complaints immediately to the Front Office Manager or Head of Concierge.
  • Applying up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Maintaining high knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing, policies, and local area information.
  • Completing audit procedures accurately.
  • Responding calmly and efficiently to emergencies, including medical incidents, fire alarms, and disturbances.
  • Ensuring full compliance with hotel standards and health & safety procedures.
  • Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
