Re7 Capital is a London-based cryptoasset investment firm. Re7 utilises our deep crypto network and proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions for a number of DeFi and alpha strategies. We also work with leading projects and blockchains to design their DeFi ecosystem, provide on-chain risk curation and vault management services through Re7 Labs. Re7 has a dynamic team with a strong background in investment management, data science, and crypto.

We are looking for a talented DeFi Account Manager. Your role is to support our Re7 Labs business by growing and managing new and existing relationships with clients and partners.

Responsibilities:
  1. Establish and maintain relationships with L1 & L2 foundations, crypto asset issuers, DeFi platforms and protocols, distribution partners, and crypto whales to ensure Re7 remains top of mind and the first choice for new opportunities.
  2. Filter, manage, and convert inbound leads, assessing viability and profitability, and propose business cases for approval.
  3. Work closely with the Re7 Labs team to ensure engagement opportunities and information flows are responded to promptly and accurately.
  4. Identify industry themes and growth trajectories that Re7 can leverage.
  5. Capture, consolidate, and synthesize feedback on Re7's products and services to keep pace with changing requirements.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record with 3+ years of experience in business development and/or account management within the crypto industry.
  2. Experience building lasting relationships with a diverse range of DeFi/Crypto clients.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Strong work ethic and results-oriented, with ownership and accountability for consistent results.
  5. Self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership.
