Role Overview

As a Junior Project & Account Manager, you will support the coordination of projects and client relationships within the fields of Interaction Design, HMI, and Digital Solutions.

You will assist in managing client expectations, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow within a dynamic and innovative environment, gaining experience in both project execution and account management.

Your Responsibilities

Project Management

• Coordinate digital and design-focused projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals;
• Support internal teams by facilitating efficient communication and workflow;
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana);
• Identify potential project risks and work with senior managers to develop proactive solutions.

Account Management & Business Development

• Help nurture client relationships by understanding their needs and contributing to tailored solutions;
• Work closely with Business Development team to identify new opportunities within existing accounts and develop new business leads;
• Assist in preparing client presentations, reports, and proposals;
• Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Your Expertise & Background

• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, account management, or a related role in digital, design, or technology sectors;
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams;
• Basic understanding of HMI, UX/UI design, digital products, or interaction design (a strong plus);
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) is preferred;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Passion for innovation, design, and emerging technologies.
