Job Description

THE POSITION: The Consultant, Global Pricing and Access position’s responsibilities include delivering client consultancy projects and helping to manage project-related analytics, data, and tools available through our industry platforms, Pricentric and PriceRight, while enriching them with tailored insight and custom research. The Consultant will ensure that client projects are delivered on schedule, maintaining the highest level of quality and value expectations.

As a consultant, you will support research and lead analysis focused on: pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTAs, and more! Applicants should be experienced in leading and facilitating client analyses, identifying client needs & problems, implementing robust data-driven solutions, and managing their team’s workload to complete client deliverables. The opportunity for growth is limitless! Effective consultants will also contribute to business development through proposals and related activities as we work towards our quarterly revenue goals.

The role is home office based, (full-time), ideally located in Poland, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Portugal, Germany, or Spain. The job holder must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or the UK.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Supporting the design, development, and delivery of client analyses & deliverables.
• Supporting the development of client reports and presentations, and delivering findings to clients.
• Providing follow-up with clients after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Leveraging business experience to identify strategic approaches to client questions.
• Supporting the development of intellectual property for future engagements.
• Developing knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market.
• Ensuring high quality and attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills for compelling data storytelling.

Qualifications

• B.S. / B.A in relevant field required.
• 0-2 years of pharmaceutical, health industry-related experience required.
• Ability to lead and own projects, demonstrate self-awareness and accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and client credibility skills.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical practices and market research.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.

Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, background in international pricing and market access, analytics, forecasting, and management consulting experience.
