As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor, you will work with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure that facility tasks and work orders are completed efficiently.
This role is part of the Facilities Management division, focusing on all aspects of asset operations and supporting Property Managers with repairs and investment plans.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain FM standards and deliverables through KPIs/SLA's, upholding CBRE’s RISE values.
- Ensure compliance with business controls, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and the CBRE Account Manager to ensure adherence to contractual agreements, procedures, and policies.
- Manage daily site operations.
- Provide professional advice to clients on FM-related matters.
- Manage suppliers supporting the site, including contracts and purchase orders.
- Coordinate suppliers to deliver services aligned with contracts and SLAs.
- Oversee routine maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities as per the maintenance plan.
- Develop and manage the Service and Maintenance plan in compliance with legal requirements, guidelines, and client expectations.
- Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance, minimizing business disruptions.
- Supervise operations, assign work orders, and support staff and subcontractors.
- Handle intervention requests from stakeholders.
- Manage requests in accordance with contractual and procedural guidelines.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, summoning additional assistance as needed.
- Identify and document opportunities for additional work to generate revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety directives.
- Serve as the point of contact for escalated communications.
- Review work order data, report on performance and progress, and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate monthly client performance reviews.
- Manage site budgets in coordination with Finance, monitoring costs and proposing adjustments.
- Track expenses to ensure budget adherence.
- Review and share monthly operational, HSE, and financial reports.
- Participate in meetings with clients and management.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety and Environmental protocols.
- Report accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies.

Minimum Qualifications
- Engineering Degree or High School Diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to follow standard work routines and standards.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Fluent in English.
