As a Sales Manager, you will be the main contact for key distributor accounts in the Italy & Balkans territory, focusing on business development across our product catalog, driving cross-selling, and elevating customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop business within non-direct sales channels in Italy & Balkans
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers to enhance satisfaction and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales
  • Coordinate with various teams to meet customer needs and business goals
  • Align with regional leadership to set goals and report opportunities
  • Forecast sales revenue and monitor market trends
  • Implement sales best practices and process improvements
  • Travel within the territory as needed

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 3 years' distribution sales experience in industrial fluids, metalworking, or chemicals
  • Preferably in lubricants, coolants, or related products
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Languages: Italian and English (professional proficiency)
  • Based remotely in northern Italy for better work-life balance
  • Safety-conscious, team-oriented, results-driven, strategic, customer-focused
