We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team, with the possibility to work remotely or from our Pordenone, Italy office.

Responsibilities:
  1. Stay current with product launches and updates to support sales engagement programs.
  2. Develop new business opportunities with Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs.
  3. Engage with various departments within customer organizations, including engineering, purchasing, operations, product management, and quality.
  4. Provide technical presentations, product information, project updates, and training to customers.
  5. Document market and customer insights and relay this information internally.
  6. Support marketing efforts by monitoring market trends, regulatory activities, and gathering customer feedback.
  7. Assist team members in achieving KPIs.
  8. Participate in promotional activities and trade shows.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  2. 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or R&D.
  3. Knowledge of Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products and applications.
  4. Excellent communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  5. Motivated, independent, and capable of managing multiple projects.
  6. Willing to travel domestically and internationally, including occasional weekends.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.
  9. Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus but not required.
