The Candidate:

We seek a commercially driven operator skilled in relationship building, negotiation, and data analysis. You should be pragmatic, proactive, and capable of resolving system issues independently, with experience managing marketplace dynamics and working cross-functionally to enhance product performance.

Desired Experience:

  • 3+ years managing supplier relationships in tourism or hospitality
  • 2+ years with channel managers (e.g., Bokun, FareHarbor, TourCMS)
  • 3+ years negotiating commercial terms
  • 2+ years working with OTAs or e-commerce marketplaces

Desired Skills:

  • Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
  • Experience with channel managers (Bokun, FareHarbor, TourCMS)
  • Google Analytics (CTR, ATC, CVR)
  • Asana
  • A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, VWO)
