Assistant to Hotel Manager (m/f) - Hotel, Camping, Amusement Park, Horse Stable

You love nature, beaches, and UNESCO World Heritage sites.

Our busy resort offers many facilities and activities, including a hotel, 110 Icelandic horses, camping, wellness, pools, restaurants, and more.

We operate in three languages: Scandinavian, German, and English. We expect you to learn Scandinavian quickly, but fluency in English or German is required.

Our team consists of approximately 30 employees from many countries.

We offer accommodation in an apartment or house for you and your family. There may also be a job opportunity for your partner.

Our island is connected by a 10 km long dam, just a few kilometers from the German border.

Your Profile

• You must be an EU citizen.
• Strong sales skills are essential to increase occupancy rates.
• Experience with front office operations in a hotel or camping site.
• Proficiency as a superuser in hotel or camping software.
• Good economic background.
• Responsibility for customer relations, satisfaction, and improving trust scores on platforms like Trustpilot and TripAdvisor.
• Knowledge of all hotel departments, especially restaurant and kitchen.
• You will strive for 120% quality and standard improvement.
• Develop manuals for staff in cleaning and restaurant departments, including training and quality control.
