FINANCE SPECIALIST

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for managing and recording the company's supplier transactions, ensuring the accuracy of accounting entries.

Responsibilities include:

1. Registering supplier invoices for Italy, EU, and non-EU countries;
2. Knowledge of national VAT and cross-border operations within Europe;
3. Interacting with suppliers and colleagues to resolve discrepancies related to orders and goods receipt;
4. Handling accounting and fiscal obligations related to the purchase cycle;
5. Supporting monthly reporting and year-end activities;
6. Proactive collaboration with other Finance departments.

Requirements:

• Diploma in accounting (ragioneria);
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role;
• Knowledge of general accounting and accounts payable processes;
• Understanding of Italian accounting principles and tax regulations;
• Ability to use accounting software (e.g., SAP);
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Good written and spoken English skills.
