Job Opportunity: Sales Manager in Photovoltaic Sector

Randstad Professional Leaders Search & Selection is conducting a search for a dynamic and rapidly expanding company operating in the Photovoltaic and e-mobility solutions sector.

Ideal Candidate: A professional with a strong customer orientation, operational management skills, and strategic vision for business development.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop targeted sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve company goals.
  2. Identify, segment, and acquire new clients.
  3. Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and plan weekly strategic activities.
  4. Coordinate activities with trading agencies, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  5. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  6. Prepare commercial offers and quotations.
  7. Support back-office activities related to the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role within companies distributing components for photovoltaic systems.
  • Strong commercial skills and customer focus.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and priority management.

Work Mode: Full Remote.
