GENERAL ROLE

The Stock Controller contributes to ensuring the quality of service to customers by maintaining accurate and reliable management of store stocks. He/She handles all physical and IT product flows, ensuring stock accuracy and organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Process all incoming and outgoing product flows, coordinating physical and system-based processes;
  • Organize stock spaces for tidiness and efficiency to optimize flows and support the team;
  • Manage daily replenishment of stock on the sales floor;
  • Collaborate with other Departments and Teams;
  • Coordinate local and international transfer requests between boutiques;
  • Monitor and close expired reservations daily, reintegrating them into available stock;
  • Conduct daily stock checks, controls of negative stock, stock takes, and cycle counts;
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of stock-related processes and tools;
  • Understand omnichannel sales processes and product assortment implications on operations.
PROFILE
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with an analytical focus;
  • Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus;
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in retail;
  • Proficiency in Excel and IT tools;
  • Professionalism, enthusiasm, dynamism, teamwork, and ease of integration.
