To provide a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the store.

The Role:
  1. To maximize sales for the store;
  2. To develop enduring relationships with clients;
  3. To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;
  4. To approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;
  5. To manage promotional allowances, rebates, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
  6. To understand and advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
  7. To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
  8. To handle merchandise returns;
  9. To maintain a clean and orderly store environment;
  10. To support the team in the general operations of “The Bridge” store;
  11. To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
  12. To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
  13. To maintain the customer database by inputting and updating customer profiles;
  14. To go the “extra mile” to meet targets.
The Candidate:
  • Chinese Speaking
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Fluency in English (written & spoken) is strongly desired;
  • Experience in retail or the service industry;
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to communicate effectively and inspire both customers and colleagues.
