Job Description:

Gi Group SpA, an agency authorized by the Italian Ministry of Labour, is seeking a Beauty Consultant Estetista and/or Make Up Artist for GUERLAIN, specializing in fashion and luxury human resources services for companies in the fashion, cosmetics, and luxury sectors. The role involves selling products across three categories (make-up, fragrances, and skincare), providing comprehensive customer assistance from initial interview to make-up application and 360-degree consulting.

The candidate will also participate in event animation, working independently to achieve KPIs, increase customer loyalty, and boost brand revenue.

Requirements:

• Diploma as Make Up Artist or Estetista
• Previous sales experience in organized retail, preferably in luxury contexts
• Passion for cosmetics and proficiency in make-up and skincare application
• Sensitivity to luxury products and excellent relational skills
• Strong presentation and customer relationship skills, suited to a demanding and loyal clientele

Additional Details:

• Part-time work: 75%
• Location: Rome
• Initial contract: Fixed-term in temporary agency with potential for extension and permanent hiring
• Industry: Commerce (CCNL)
