Descrizione del lavoro

The Global Application & Processes Manager is responsible for cross-collaborating with stakeholders to lead project activities, including process design, deliverable preparation, and iteration management with business partners. This role involves defining current and future state business processes, identifying issues and risks, suggesting mitigation strategies, and driving technology solutions. The ideal candidate must be:

  • A talented IT/Business professional who thrives on complex, high-stakes challenges
  • Determined to succeed by ensuring the timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutions

The role oversees the implementation, management, and optimization of Manufacturing and Engineering solutions, focusing on Production Execution, Logistics, Engineering (maintenance, calibration, equipment commissioning), Pharma Serialization, and EHS. It involves configuring systems, managing updates, troubleshooting, and working with internal and external partners.

The candidate will also oversee technical design, system configuration, and landscape setup, collaborating with Solution Architects and Infrastructure Leads. They will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop business cases, and deliver cost-effective solutions, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Mapping and analyzing business processes and the impact of new systems
  2. Modeling current ('as-is') and future ('to-be') processes
  3. Identifying improvements in business operating models aligned with objectives
  4. Benchmarking emerging technologies for manufacturing processes
  5. Acting as Change Manager in organizational impact projects
  6. Supporting Business Key-Users and Process Owners during change management
  7. Collaborating across organization to understand needs and opportunities for improvement
Project Management and Execution
  1. Engaging with Key-Users and Process Owners to gather requirements
  2. Designing technical solutions and managing project plans
  3. Leading or participating in multiple projects, managing documentation and priorities
  4. Managing external providers and vendor relationships
  5. Configuring and implementing software solutions
  6. Overseeing system integration and maximizing platform value
  7. Monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and managing change requests
  8. Driving user adoption and supporting post-go-live activities
  9. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Application Maintenance and Continuous Improvement
  1. Gathering feedback and lessons learned post-implementation
  2. Addressing improvement areas and monitoring vendor performance
  3. Managing budgets and ensuring governance and compliance
Business Applications Management
  1. Managing lifecycle of applications, including maintenance and retirement
  2. Overseeing integration processes and vendor collaborations
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • English level from B2

Professional Experience:

  • Over 5 years in similar roles within international or consulting companies
  • Experience in transformation initiatives and business applications (ERP, MES, Serialization Software)
  • Deep knowledge of Demand to Stock processes, GxP regulations, and manufacturing processes
  • Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance, calibration management, C&Q systems, and data visualization tools

Additional Skills:

  • Experience in digital transformation, organizational design, and stakeholder management
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and data handling skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite preferred
