Competenze

Location: Teolo, Italy

Position: CNC Technician - Lathe and Milling Sector

The selected candidate will be employed at the client company located in Teolo (PD).

What We Offer:

• Indicative Salary: RAL 26,000/28,000, 13 monthly payments
• Initial contract: fixed-term with potential extensions via agency temporary work contract, aimed at permanent employment
• Company canteen at €1.55
• Work shifts: 2 shifts (06:00–13:30 / 13:30–21:00)
• Industry collective bargaining agreement (CCNL): metalworking industry

Responsibilities:

• Work within the CNC lathes and milling department
• Operate and program CNC machines, including setting up and managing the entire production cycle independently
• Machine programming (Okuma and/or Haas controls)
• Setup, positioning, and calibration of CNC machines
• Produce precision parts on CNC lathes or milling centers
• Quality control of parts using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators)
• Read and interpret mechanical technical drawings
• Manage routine machine operations and report anomalies
• Collaborate with technical office to improve processes and production cycles

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as CNC lathe or milling operator
• Full autonomy in programming, setup, and operation
• Knowledge of Okuma (OSP-P300/OSP-P200) and/or Haas controls
• Excellent ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools
• Precision, responsibility, quality focus, and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., ESPRIT)
• Experience with complex or multi-axis machining
