Responsibilities:

1. Lead and support a team of talented producers and audio production leads to create engaging shows that maximize listener retention across all stages.
2. Analyze show performance and conduct root cause analysis for drops in listenership.
3. Manage the production schedule for new shows, overseeing recording sessions, sound engineers, and post-production.
4. Lead all aspects of audio production: scheduling, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing episodes for multiple shows.
5. Collaborate with the content team to understand the content pipeline and plan resources accordingly.
6. Contribute innovative ideas regarding sound design, production processes, and final output.
7. Provide feedback to help host talent reach their full potential.
8. Work with Category and Program Managers to manage P&L, collaborating with talent and their representatives.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in TV, content, audio production, or programming.
• Native Italian and fluent English language skills.
• Background in audio work is a plus.
• Passionate about audio production with innovative ideas for hit shows.
• Strategic thinker with creative flair and project management skills.
• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience interacting with talent and their reps.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work under pressure and comfortably with diverse backgrounds.

Location: Anywhere in Italy (Remote)
