Partner with the best

As a Pump Testing Operator, you will play a key role in our daily pump testing activities to ensure reliability and consistency on our production line of the PVS business. You will gain hands-on experience assembling innovative products for the energy industry and will be part of a team that ensures the highest quality of our customer builds.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing activities on different types of pumps, following technical specifications and standards (API, ISO, etc.).
• Evaluate test results, compare with internal documents and customer requirements, and prepare test reports and certificates.
• Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment & Quality standards; open and drive NCRs when necessary.
• Participate in weekly HSE & Quality meetings led by the Operations Leader and Production Supervisor.
• Suggest improvements to activities, promoting continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma, preferably in electrical or mechanical fields.
• Ability to understand and execute electrical/mechanical testing specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and results evaluation.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends if necessary.
• EU Work Permit and fluency in Italian (oral and written).
• Strong attention to safety and quality details, with a positive team attitude.

Desired Characteristics

• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas products.
