Starting Pay: $21.50 per hour. Additional $1.50 shift differential from 6 pm to 6 am. Shift: 2

Responsibilities

• Set up and pre-run equipment to ensure proper production startup
• Control line speeds, batch formulas, and operate equipment safely
• Perform quality checks and complete necessary paperwork (e.g., downtime, HACCP)
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Maintain professionalism aligned with company values and policies

Candidate Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be physically active
• Lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk on concrete for extended periods, work in various temperatures
• Operate machinery safely with minimal supervision
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed
• Pass background check and drug screening
