Job Description

The Project Development Manager will:

• Manage the entire development cycle of a renewable energy project (wind or PV solar) from the initiation to entering into operation in Italy.
• Proven experience in: Having obtained Administrative Authorizations for wind farms and PV plants including associated infrastructures released by the relevant Regional and/or National Administrative body; Grid access & connection, Technical Access Contract, EON-ION-FON with ENEL and TERNA; Having obtained Environmental Impact Approval for wind farms and PV plants; Land lease negotiation, plot list (piano particellare) and expropriation.
• Elaborate relevant documentation provided in the frame of the Administrative Authorization, Grid Connection and Construction.
• Experience in technical and legal due diligence performed on buy-side and sell-side.
• Liaise with internal experts and external consultants supporting the project design and technical due diligence.
• Elaborate relevant technical and commercial terms for land lease, DDS and/or acquisition contracts.

The ideal Project Development Manager has:

• MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• At least five years professional experience in wind farms and PV plants project development and management.
• Experience in preparation of and follow up on Sole Authorization processes of wind farms and PV plants in accordance with Regional and/or National regulations and execute projects for wind farms and PV plants.
• Experience in preparation of and follow up on technical documentation for grid access and connection requests.
• Has capability of Team player.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and QGIS.
• Willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of Italian and English languages.
