Your Responsibilities

• Lead the development and digitalisation of the remote services strategy.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of remote services personnel, including the development, implementation, and management of operations, using the latest technologies and industry best practices.
• Analyse customer feedback and other data sources to develop customer-centric solutions.
• Develop and implement service improvement plans for identified shortfalls.
• Monitor remote services and system performance; identify service improvement goals.
• Design and develop solutions to optimize performance and scalability.
• Oversee deployment, maintaining security, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and establish corrective actions where needed, regarding performance, trends, and capacity issues.
• Ensure the team meets and exceeds commitments on service level agreements and uptime.

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in a similar position with a proven track record in developing and implementing processes, structures, and new technologies.
• Well-informed on Remote Services trends and new technologies.
• Possess a customer-centric mindset.
• Thrives in a high-energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are driven in parallel.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks in operations, technology, or engineering.
• Able to offer new solutions outside set parameters and construct effective solutions.
• Fluency in English.
