Company Description

Synergie Italia Spa, an employment agency, is seeking for a client operating in the chemical sector based in Milan (20157):

Position

The selected candidates will work within the production department, involved in the manufacturing and packaging of paints. Specific responsibilities include:

• Loading raw materials onto machinery
• Setting up production modes
• Starting and supervising the production process
• Unloading products and preparing them for packaging

Requirements

Candidates with even brief experience in production and packaging in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or metalworking industries are preferred. Availability to work in two shifts is necessary.

Additional Information

Initial temporary contract for 1 month with potential extensions leading to permanent employment.

Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, two shifts: 6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

Contract level: Level F CCNL Chimico, approximately €1,653.46 gross/month, or Level E4, approximately €1,770 gross/month plus a monthly production bonus of €101.23.

The offer complies with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and Legislative Decrees 215/2003 and 216/2003.
