Job Description:

Your mission

The ASM Italy & Greece is fully accountable for the sales leadership and direction of the GS business in the area. She/he is responsible for leading the partner business in the respective markets to drive brand execution across all channels, with the aim of setting, meeting, and exceeding overall targets. She/he is accountable for delivering exceptional client experience, brand visibility, and operational excellence through proper planning and implementation of the GS Distribution, Retail, and Training strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Follow up and achieve the sales budget (in units and value) for the area.
  2. Ensure the right presence and environment of the brand at POS and digital platforms.
  3. Monitor and ensure the quality and quantity of stock levels at POS following International Guidelines.
  4. Responsible for opening or closing doors in the area under the guidance of the GS Europe Sales Director.
  5. Represent the brand throughout the territory, ensuring quality and consistency in marketing and presentation.
  6. Manage trade and POS events in coordination with GS Europe HQ and Marketing.
  7. Coordinate logistics with POS and Distribution departments.
  8. Manage watch orders, especially during launches.
  9. Support market with materials and services for launches, events, and promotions.
  10. Update POS on activities, promotions, and material availability.
  11. Control local marketing activities and budgets under GS Europe guidance.
  12. Maintain communication and reporting with GS Europe headquarters.
  13. Handle administrative tasks, including documentation and information flow.
  14. Organize client visits.
  15. Train partner teams using GS training programs and eLearning.
  16. Manage POS sales statistics.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian, English, and ideally French (verbal and written).
  • Basic understanding of marketing luxury consumer goods (ads, sales, distribution, pricing, communication, PR, POSM).
  • Ability to travel up to 70%.
  • Teamwork and decision-making skills.
  • Digital and IT proficiency.
  • Open-minded, attentive listener.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Reporting line

Based in Milan, reporting to the Grand Seiko Europe Sales Director.
