YOUR IMPACT

As a member of the Dior team, you will represent the Brand values and passion to our customers and always demonstrate a Dior attitude. The main objective will be to achieve sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing the highest standard of service to customers.

YOUR MISSION

Your main assignment will be focused on achieving sell out objectives while promoting the brand image.

1. You sell Dior products and provide a high standard of service to customers throughout the whole sale applying and respecting the Dior Art of Selling.
2. You achieve sell out targets on a monthly basis.
3. You educate customers on Dior products and on the Dior brand.
4. You participate in merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
5. You participate in displaying products according to novelties launches & planograms.
6. You participate in monitoring stock levels and report any issues to your supervisor.
7. You conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks.
8. You establish a strong relationship with retailers.
9. You promote a team and collaborative spirit among colleagues.
10. You are available to travel and support different points of sale.

WHO YOU ARE - Requirements

1. Professional retail experience in make-up and/or service industry, ideally in the luxury sector.
2. Beautician certificate or equivalent.
3. Deep knowledge of beauty products: fragrance, skincare, and makeup.
4. Passionate about customer service and the beauty industry.
5. Result-oriented and with excellent selling skills.
6. Team player.
7. Available to work on different shifts.
